Torgerson Wellness

Torgerson Wellness is a Denver-based coaching practice founded by Barb Torgerson, LCSW, offering trauma-informed support using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and EMDR-based coaching for both individuals and professionals. Her work includes a specialized eight-week group for daughters of narcissistic mothers, personalized IFS-based individual coaching, and consulting for therapists and coaches seeking deeper competency in IFS.
