Torgerson Wellness

Barb Torgerson of Torgerson Wellness is a licensed clinical social worker and IFS (Internal Family Systems)-certified coach who helps clients heal, grow, and reconnect with their true selves. Her practice offers both individual coaching and group programs (such as a specialized coaching track for daughters of narcissistic mothers), grounded in IFS and EMDR frameworks. She also provides IFS consulting to fellow therapists and coaches. Working in person from Denver and virtually worldwide, she aims to create a safe, compassionate space for people to explore internal parts, shift narratives, and move toward clarity, self-trust, and freedom.
