Sara Lesser

Sara Lesser is a licensed clinical social worker based in the East Bay (Berkeley/North Oakland) who offers therapy to adults, couples, and consultation to other therapists—both in person and online across California. Her approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, drawing on modalities like AEDP, EFT, IFS, EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. She weaves in commitments to social justice, queer/trans affirmation, body liberation, and anti-racism, striving to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to do deep healing.
